A few decades have flowed past and the Rawinia has long since left the port. Grey hairs way out number the blonde ones under my fishing cap and it takes a bit more to kick start the heartbeat these days. But a new Rawinia might just do the trick. She left the Wanganui riverside shed of Q-West Boat Builders and was delivered to Port Taranaki in early August.
